i can't believe how awesome you guys are! i'm so glad you're doing it and i'm equally glad that i am not. on the other hand, i seriously almost passed out at the gym today. it was pretty embarrassing. GO THE DISTANCE! and come home safe.

jen you are my hero...the miles, the clif bars, and of course the velvetta macaroni stuff that you'll have to make for me when you get down. You must know that i am addicted to velvetta...i replace my crack fix with that stuff because it gives me the same high and it keeps me from relapse!
I wish you all the best and i can't wait for you to come home! I'll be there when you cross the finish line cheering you on in a cheerleaders outfit.

BT..easy as 1,2,3

Jen, Chris (Jim and Susan),

We are blown away by your courage and endurance. I had trouble getting out of bed today to get my haircut. But I did it--and loved listening to NPR on the way. I did read the paper and some of a book as well. Thanks for exercising for us and the millions of other American who prefer to sit on their . . . .You are our inspiration.

We love you. John and Holly--and the girls.

HA! Those numbers make you two sound super cool! Just wondering, how did you count the up hills and the down hills???
